Requirements
- B.A. in Economics (or closely related field)
- Advanced Excel skills, including use of complex formulas and structured workbooks
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to present data effectively through tables, charts, and concise summaries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Track record of seeing projects through to completion
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to accuracy, quality control, and documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working on personal torts matters (wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, personal injury, or wrongful death) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis efficiently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Clean, structure, and analyze data using Excel.
- Build damages models and clear visualizations in Excel, including earnings and benefit loss calculations.
- Manage, review, and analyze case documents, maintaining strong organization and confidentiality.
- Independently identify, gather, and document data from credible public sources.
- Quality-check work product for accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility.
- Support report and exhibit development, including drafting tables/figures.
- Perform fact-checking and backup preparation for reports/exhibits.
