Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful .NET microservices development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong C# and .NET (8+) experience building production microservices at scale
- Solid grasp of CQRS, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems like Azure Service Bus
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB
- Experience with CI/CD tooling like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Comfortable with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
- Frontend exposure with Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Test automation experience using Python/Pytest, Playwright, or similar
- Infrastructure-as-code familiarity with Bicep, Terraform, or equivalent
- Strong English communication skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of features from refinement and design through development, testing, and delivery to production
- Build and maintain modern, scalable microservices in C# and .NET (8+) running on Azure Kubernetes Service
- Contribute across the stack including backend services, Angular UI, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Create and execute test cases, participate in functional testing, and manage test plans via Azure DevOps
- Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and use Datadog to own health
- Participate in on-call rotation as a primary responder for services and Kubernetes infrastructure
- Own customer escalations directly including investigation and resolution
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development
