Requirements
- Experience in developing AI agents and integrating them into business workflows.
- Stay current with the latest tools, models, and trends in AI-assisted software engineering.
- Expertise in prompting and knowing when to leverage different AI models.
- First-hand experience with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Strong hands-on record of building production-grade software with AI components.
- Experience with technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and RAG pipelines.
- Agnostic approach to technology stacks and tools, selecting the right solution for the problem.
- Exceptional autonomy with the ability to self-drive while maintaining collaborative communication.
- Ability to thoughtfully challenge ideas and drive constructive discussions with colleagues and leadership.
- Strong team player, grounded in humility and partnership.
- Reside within ±3 hours of Central European Time.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-agentic solutions from scratch or by integrating existing agents and foundational technologies.
- Architect and build AI-first software solutions that are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
- Work closely with product management and UX design stakeholders to deliver end-to-end innovations.
- Own the full development pipeline, including technical design, development, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Lead architectural discussions, code reviews, and retrospectives while mentoring fellow engineers.
- Champion AI-powered features by integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, embeddings, and deep learning frameworks.
