Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume phone sales (inside sales, merchant services, debt settlement, or surplus funds preferred).
- Professional, investigative phone presence—free from high-pressure sales gimmicks.
- Experience working successfully as a 1099 contractor with self-directed accountability.
- Ability to act as an Asset Recovery Specialist by presenting verified public record evidence.
- Capacity to guide claimants through recovery options and secure contingency recovery agreements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured cold and warm outreach to designated asset owners and authorized family members.
- Navigate skepticism professionally by presenting public record verifications and explaining contingency terms simply.
- Guide claimants through the administrative paperwork, helping secure necessary supporting documents such as IDs, death certificates, or corporate records.
- Deliver signed claim packets to our in-house processing team for state submission.
