Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of direct cross-functional team management experience.
- Proven experience with P&L management.
- 5+ years of executive-level experience in a vertical market software company.
- Experience working in a Software or Technology business as a COO, Managing Director, or CEO.
- Broad financial acumen across the organization including business intelligence and FP&A processes.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel 30% of the time for internal and customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Drive all departments in the company, engaging and inspiring teams and developing leadership.
- Review, redesign, streamline and implement internal processes and tools.
- Lead business transformation and change management.
- Drive sales teams to increase customer acquisitions and expand sales to existing clients.
- Develop competitive intelligence programs and negotiate enterprise contracts.
- Execute effective customer success and support programs, including training and satisfaction monitoring.
- Ensure clear product roadmaps are established and aligned with market needs.
- Manage P&L, including reviewing annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue results and forecasts.
