Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
- Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in process optimization and change management.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps incorporating user needs and technical feasibility.
- Implement and maintain Agile project management methodologies.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate cooperation between UI/UX design, development, and business teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality through delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior leadership on project status and strategy.
- Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
