Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience for mid-level; 7-10 years for senior-level roles.
- Professional experience as a Project Manager or Producer in an agency or production environment.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing high-volume campaign productions across various markets and channels.
- Experience leading creative production teams.
- Proven experience in direct client management.
- Strong AI mindset with readiness to learn and implement AI tools into production pipelines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, Resource Guru).
- Ability to work effectively within an international, distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage extensive campaign productions including high-volume asset delivery.
- Coordinate production workflows across multiple internal teams and external freelancers.
- Manage Producer and Media Producer teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment on project requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
- Maintain budget responsibility and monitor costs, timing, and resource allocation.
- Improve production processes and workflows continuously.
