Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Expertise in creating robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise with modern cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative).
- Expertise with version control systems and RESTful web services.
- Expertise using database technologies and patterns.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience leading collaborative software design sessions.
- Experience leading continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex, high-quality features and mentor teammates to improve software development practices.
- Design complex, large-scale systems with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Integrate and optimize AI tools into the development process.
- Lead technical projects and take ownership of critical components, systems, and practices.
- Facilitate team discussions, resolve cross-team dependencies, and champion technical strategy.
- Conduct high-quality code reviews and create clear technical documentation.
