Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience in direct HR Business Partnering and manager coaching.
- Fluent across business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and L&D.
- Strong understanding of organizational design and compensation fundamentals.
- Ability to influence without authority and earn trust from senior leaders.
- Critical thinking skills to structure and resolve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Experience building systems and processes that are simple and scalable.
- Proven track record of managing confidential and sensitive employee matters with judgment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with people managers by running cadences for goal setting, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Build and deploy manager training programs, including curriculum for first-time managers and AI adoption.
- Steward company goals and OKRs, auditing quality and building tools to track goal health.
- Coach leaders through employee relations, org design, leveling, and headcount planning.
- Drive operational efficiency by automating People operating rhythms using existing tools and AI.
