Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX and UI design.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI and UX design on commercial browser-based SaaS products.
- 1+ years of experience using Figma.
- Experience designing for component-driven user interfaces and leveraging atomic design.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum-based development process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to translate product roadmap and requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, UI prototypes, and annotated design specs including CSS specifications.
- Work within agile scrum teams to drive design concepts from ideation through implementation.
- Enhance and maintain the PerformYard UI design system.
- Lead UX and UI efforts to deliver scalable performance management software for HR professionals.
