Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack range.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience with messaging queues such as AWS SQS.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Ability to design and deliver quality software incrementally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stack from native and cloud services to user-facing products.
- Own complex features and product areas from specification through delivery, monitoring, and alerting.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical specifications and deliver high-quality software.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs to continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable releases.
- Engage with users to understand requirements and contribute to product strategy.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
