Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js.
- Proficiency with Nest.js/Express, GraphQL, Docker, and Postgres.
- Deep understanding of system design, architecture, CQRS, event sourcing, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and production-ready systems.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in high-trust, low-bureaucracy environments.
- Experience with real-time data visualizations or analytics dashboards is a bonus.
- Experience with event streams, time-series analysis, or ML-powered features is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features including React frontends, backend APIs, data layers, and infra scripts.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and maintain high technical standards across the team.
- Lead architecture and technical decision-making for complex, end-to-end initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver value efficiently.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident response efforts.
