Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product UX design experience in a mid-level role.
- Proven portfolio showing interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Hands-on experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy experiences.
- Strong, current proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working within established design systems and handoff workflows.
- Ability to integrate research insights and work independently with minimal oversight.
- Available to work during US Central Time (CT) business hours.
- Fluent in English for all interviews, documentation, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and desktop.
- Lead the UX design for new AI-powered messaging features to improve interaction efficiency.
- Create design solutions including reply prompts and status transparency to increase user engagement.
- Leverage established design languages and components in Figma for design-to-engineering handoff.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Legal teams.
- Iterate on designs by integrating qualitative user research insights and A/B testing programs.
