Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a DTC ecommerce role.
- Deep experience working within the Shopify platform.
- Hands-on experience managing Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
- Experience working with TikTok Shop.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central including listing updates and A+ content.
- Comfortable managing the Shopify app ecosystem and troubleshooting issues.
- CRO-focused mindset with ability to improve customer journeys.
- Detail-oriented execution and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney.
Responsibilities
- Own conversion rate optimization for Shopify storefront including PDPs, collection pages, and checkout.
- Execute end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo including building, QA, and scheduling.
- Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop and Amazon.
- Maintain Shopify app ecosystem and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Coordinate with creative and growth teams to deploy imagery, copy, and UGC.
- Leverage AI tools for copywriting and content optimization.
