Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active California Bar License.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience.
- Proven expertise in insurance defense or complex civil litigation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes and litigation strategies.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and future clients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.
- Communicate routinely with clients regarding case status and strategy.
