Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable access to a working webcam and microphone.
- Stable Internet connection for conducting remote interviews.
- Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical interviews through the Karat platform while creating a positive candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates on coding skills, technical knowledge, coding style, and communication.
- Provide objective feedback and assessment on candidate performance.
- Mitigate bias and improve hiring signals during the interview process.
- Collaborate with Karat to test and improve interview content, processes, and products.
