Job Details

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology strategy, management consulting, enterprise transformation, executive communications, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience advising senior executives on strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
Exceptional executive communications, presentation development, and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to translate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into business-focused recommendations.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and operating models is preferred.
Background in healthcare, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
Experience supporting C-suite executives, Boards, or Board committees is preferred.
Must reside in close proximity to one of the specified hub locations.
Self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload of 10 Mbps.
Must have a dedicated workspace free of interruptions.

Partner with EIP executives to develop cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities to improve organizational effectiveness.
Develop strategic recommendations and business cases for executive decision-making and investment planning.
Draft executive and Board-level presentations, strategic communications, and leadership briefings.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and organizational transformation across Enterprise Information Protection (EIP).
Partner with leaders to drive adoption of strategic initiatives through stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
