Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience including securing cloud (Azure, Entra ID, M365) and on-premise environments.
- Hands-on experience securing Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.
- Applied knowledge of IT/OT segmentation, the Purdue Model, and ISA/IEC 62443.
- Experience supporting the cybersecurity aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management in Microsoft Entra ID and M365.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Defender, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NERC CIP, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27001/2.
- Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or KQL.
- Strong project ownership, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable security architectures across IT, OT, cloud, and application environments.
- Lead security architecture and infrastructure reviews, providing secure-by-design recommendations.
- Manage and deploy security solutions for Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
- Serve as cybersecurity lead for merger, acquisition, and divestiture (M&A) technical security due diligence.
- Lead OT/ICS security architecture including IT/OT segmentation aligned to the Purdue Model and ISA/IEC 62443.
- Manage a comprehensive vulnerability management program across IT and OT systems.
- Act as a senior subject matter expert for incident response, threat mitigation, and forensic investigations.
- Collaborate with and mentor the SecOps team while providing training to control owners.
