Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of quality assurance experience
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax
- Hands-on experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr)
- 2+ years building automated tests with Playwright and TypeScript preferred
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools preferred
- Experience testing both web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications preferred
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Review and validate requirements and technical specifications; partner early with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability
- Design and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile (Android/iOS) applications
- Write manual and automated tests; work with the Test Automation team to build and maintain automated test suites
- Log, track, and perform root cause analysis on defects through full resolution
- Document test results and provide observations on product quality and process improvements
- Establish and monitor QA KPIs; support and enhance test processes and reporting
- Manage testing efforts across multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Mentor and support fellow QA Engineers
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, accelerate defect analysis, and support overall test efficiency
