Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, or software implementation.
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience translating customer requirements into product specifications or user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for working through complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborative growth mindset and willingness to contribute across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
- Partner with senior product leaders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from interviews, usage data, and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
- Work with customer success and solutions engineering teams to understand workflows, use cases, and challenges.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
- Participate in product discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Support go-to-market activities through partnerships with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Define and monitor product metrics to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
