Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer on digital products (web apps/SaaS).
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in craft and the process of translating outcomes into outputs.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Proven experience planning and conducting generative and evaluative user research.
- Experience with deep UX research tools and techniques (quant and qual).
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Ability to plan work, set expectations, and delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication and soft skills for evolving design practices.
- Proficiency in distilling complex requirements into accessible experiences.
- Strong understanding of core visual design principles.
Responsibilities
- Work within a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Marketers, Data Scientists, and Developers.
- Deliver consistent and delightful product experiences for SaaS solutions.
- Conduct generative and evaluative user research to identify design opportunities.
- Translate complex requirements into modern, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and evaluate findings.
- Document and communicate design work effectively across the team.
- Contribute to and challenge existing design systems.
