Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET, Azure, and Angular.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
- Experience with C# and Winforms.
- Experience with Access/OLEDB.
- Proven experience building testable, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with OWASP security practices.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Experience in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of high quality.
- Participate in accurate project planning, estimation, and requirements gathering.
- Execute complex activities following methodology and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and managers.
- Engage in Agile software development practices including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor other engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities within the organization.
- Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture from conceptualization to deployment.
