Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with modern .NET
- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior .NET Developer with technical leadership responsibilities
- Experience delivering solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Kafka
- Hands-on experience with Azure, including services such as Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments
- Knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (B1 level)
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of the development team
- Design and develop modern event-driven microservices
- Drive architecture and technology decisions
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure high code quality and engineering best practices
- Support the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
