Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of T-SQL and relational database design principles
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (commercial or project-based)
- Proven track record of at least 3 completed projects within the last 3 years involving MS SQL Server database development
- Experience with at least 2 completed projects focused on the maintenance and upkeep of MS SQL Server database systems
- Experience with at least 1 completed larger-scale project involving the development and/or new build of an MS SQL Server database system
- English proficiency sufficient for work and communication
- Willingness to learn and grow in database development
- Basic familiarity with cloud environments (Azure) is a plus
- German language skills (B1) are nice to have
Responsibilities
- Write and modify stored procedures, functions, and views in T-SQL
- Support the design and implementation of database structures
- Participate in testing and debugging database solutions
- Collaborate with the team on analyzing and optimizing existing queries
- Document changes and implemented solutions
- Support senior developers and administrators with ongoing development tasks
