Requirements
- Demonstrated experience owning corporate IT systems and leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience managing Windows and macOS environments in a cloud-first organization.
- Hands-on use of endpoint platforms such as Iru, Microsoft Intune, PDQ, Jamf, or Mosyle.
- Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft 365.
- Strong grasp of SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management.
- Confidence with scripting and automation, particularly PowerShell in Windows environments.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems across devices, identity systems, SaaS applications, networks, and security tooling.
- Strong documentation habits and sound judgment around security and privacy.
Responsibilities
- Own endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including provisioning, MDM policies, software deployment, patching, encryption, and compliance.
- Administer core identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Manage employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, role changes, access reviews, offboarding, and deprovisioning.
- Automate repetitive IT workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues spanning endpoints, identity, SaaS applications, networking, and security tooling.
- Partner with Security on endpoint controls, least-privilege access, logging, incident response, and audit readiness across HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST.
- Build clear documentation, runbooks, and repeatable processes.
