Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, or Remix.
- Strong experience building REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
- Experience with modern build tools, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with A/B testing/experimentation and modern MarTech tools (Segment, Optimizely, Mixpanel, Amplitude) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of groundbreaking web experiences, translating mobile features to the web with world-class UX.
- Drive technical strategy, define engineering standards and best practices, mentor engineers, and establish the technical vision for the web platform.
- Manage technical debt, champion code quality, and lead architectural evolution.
- Design, modify, and develop backend services that power web products.
- Ensure systems scale while championing system reliability, performance, and observability.
