Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license.
- Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Ability to provide 10-25 hours of availability during peak hours (Monday-Friday 2-7 PM, Saturday 8AM-7PM).
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
- Help families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, and navigate emotional challenges.
- Support children in building relationships, adapting to change, and developing self-advocacy skills.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of neurologists, speech therapists, and behavioral health professionals.
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate in internal training opportunities.
