Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and static ad creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising, creative best practices, and performance-driven content.
- Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects is a strong plus.
- Experience editing podcasts (audio/video) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Create high-performing video and static ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce engaging video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design static creatives, thumbnails, banners, and promotional graphics optimized for performance.
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual enhancements where appropriate.
- Repurpose existing creative assets into multiple formats and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad concepts, hooks, and creative variations.
- Produce approximately 10–15 creative requests per week for both client and internal marketing campaigns.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and timely delivery.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, creative best practices, and platform-specific ad formats.
