Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering including full-stack testing.
- Proven experience leading QA teams or initiatives.
- Solid understanding of testing types: unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing.
- Experience with manual testing across Web, Android, iOS, and APIs.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Experience in test automation for web apps using Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience in test automation for mobile apps using Android and iOS frameworks.
- Experience with API testing and debugging tools such as Postman and Chrome DevTools.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL.
- Experience in developing and running a Continuous Integration system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, Android, iOS, and API platforms.
- Execute black box, white box, integration, and performance testing.
- Track, record, and analyze product issues using various tools to provide actionable feedback.
- Write and manage test plans, test cases, and test reports based on feature requirements.
- Develop automated test frameworks and test cases for Web, Mobile, and API systems.
- Improve Continuous Integration pipelines and automate software engineering processes.
- Review designs and code while providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor less experienced team members and identify process improvements.
