Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a non-mathematical field combined with a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology.
- Solid professional experience developing, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions and system integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and experience with attended and unattended automation.
- Experience analyzing and mapping business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, web services, and scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience with web scraping techniques and automation best practices.
- Understanding of security principles, version control, and bot governance.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop attended and unattended automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
- Create bots and scripts integrating APIs, databases, and web services.
- Develop and optimize automated workflows according to business requirements.
- Execute testing activities, document processes, and ensure automation governance and security standards.
- Monitor and maintain bots in production environments, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous operation.
- Support improvements to automation architecture, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Apply best practices for version control, security, and automation lifecycle management.
