Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or closing experience (staffing, services, or SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional spoken English with a neutral, natural-sounding accent.
- Ability to work US EST/PST business hours.
- Experience selling to or supporting US-based clients is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working without constant supervision.
- Coachable, organized, and consistent in lead follow-up.
- Strong phone-based selling and communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM and dialer tools for sales outreach.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and outreach to US business owners and decision makers.
- Manage and convert warm leads provided by the internal lead specialist team.
- Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the end-to-end sales closing process for staffing and offshore talent services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into long-term active clients.
