Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in complex, cross-functional domains.
- Deep domain expertise in digital advertising, advertiser workflows, ad policy, trust and safety, or fraud prevention.
- Advanced systems thinking ability across user experience, policy frameworks, and technical architecture.
- Hands-on experience building products that blend automation, human review, and machine learning or AI.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous product spaces from zero to strategy and execution.
- Elite leadership and communication skills to influence without authority and distill complex topics into clear narratives.
- Experience utilizing data and metrics to ruthlessly prioritize product trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Ads Integrity, encompassing ad review, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform quality.
- Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, and business impact in product decisions.
- Lead alignment and deliver long-term solutions with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing.
- Convert advertiser pain points and integrity risks into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to enhance automation, decision quality, and enforcement consistency.
