- Ability to work independently and own technical projects from diagnosis to implementation.
- Ability to mentor team members and influence technical direction without formal management authority.
Responsibilities
- Build telemetry instrumentation to track latency, quality, and device resource usage.
- Improve audio and video quality while reducing resource load on devices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex, recurring real-time media conferencing issues.
- Share expertise to improve the team's real-time media development practices.
- Provide technical leadership by flagging potential issues and steering design decisions.
