Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
- Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
- Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, and endpoint cybersecurity.
- Stable home office with minimum 5 Mbps download/upload internet.
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 11 (i5/i7 8th gen+) or macOS 12+.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Responsibilities
- Resolve workstation operating system issues of any kind.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and standard business application issues.
- Support line-of-business applications like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.
- Resolve advanced server issues and intermediate networking issues.
- Act as an escalation point for other technicians.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
