Requirements
- 2-5 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience with modern data stack tools: DBT, Snowflake, S3, or AWS Glue.
- Ability to modify and optimize data transformations.
- Practical experience with distributed systems: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with performance tuning of services and queries.
- Experience building performant APIs to serve large datasets.
- Available work-from-home setup including PC, dual monitors, and stable internet connection (10 Mbps+).
Responsibilities
- Deliver backend services and data features that meet performance goals and support the team’s roadmap.
- Take ownership of your code from design through production, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset to unfamiliar challenges and adapt quickly.
- Continuously improve your own technical skills and contribute ideas that make the team better.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable features.
- Participate actively in code reviews and team planning.
