Requirements
- Experience shipping conversational LLM systems to production for real-world user interactions.
- Proven experience building evaluation frameworks from scratch, including golden sets and judge criteria.
- Experience integrating LLMs with external systems like email, CRM, or messaging platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience or familiarity with Supabase, Pydantic AI, Claude Agent SDK, or AWS.
- Ability to operate with a business-goal mindset in engineering outcomes.
- Strong engineering background with a focus on shipping production-grade systems.
- Experience with email and CRM integrations, RevOps, sales, or IR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop conversational agents that process inbound messages and draft high-quality replies with human-in-the-loop validation.
- Manage the messaging layer across warm outreach, investor networks, and investor relations.
- Build end-to-end conversational workflows including booking, nurturing, and support functions.
- Create and maintain an evaluation spine using golden sets, judge criteria, and automated guardrails.
- Design and implement broader applied-AI features such as classification, data extraction, routing, and summarization.
