Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience with outbound sales, sales development, business development, or sales support.
- Proven experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
- Headset with extended noise-canceling mic and a webcam.
- Back-up computer and internet connection.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting and qualify leads.
- Set appointments for various client projects.
- Manage sales pipelines and assist with deal desk coordination.
- Coordinate territory management and field sales support activities.
- Administer contracts and manage RFP processes.
- Maintain partner relationships and channel program administration.
