Requirements
- Strategic and operational planning expertise to build business models and execution frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including affiliate models and fiat/crypto flows.
- Familiarity with global licensing processes, risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience building and managing cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Capability to define and oversee technical infrastructure for KYC, fraud prevention, and support.
- Expertise in customer experience design and mapping user journeys.
- Proficiency in KPI design, process metrics, and BI reporting.
- Experience managing MVP launches and validating product-market fit.
- Ability to evaluate and implement business systems including CRM and client portals.
- Current or recent experience as a COO or Senior Operations Leader in a centralized crypto exchange.
Responsibilities
- Establish a global network of introducing brokers and retail partners to drive platform growth.
- Define and initiate the licensing roadmap across key jurisdictions to ensure compliant operations.
- Implement reliable fiat on- and off-ramp solutions tailored to target markets.
- Build and lead cross-functional operations, sales, and support teams to support scalability.
- Design and deploy CRM, client portals, and back-office systems for partner and user management.
- Lead the MVP launch, product-market validation, and continuous user experience optimization.
- Define KPIs and develop BI dashboards for board-level reporting.
