- Strong written English communication skills, particularly for providing feedback.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, editing, proofreading, or data review is an asset.
- Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Review completed tasks submitted by trainers, including questions, images, and reference answers.
- Independently verify whether provided answers accurately match the information shown in images.
- Identify and report incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent responses.
- Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve overall data accuracy.
- Apply project guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently across all reviewed tasks.
- Monitor recurring quality issues and communicate trends to the project team.
- Ensure submitted work meets required quality standards before final approval.
- Escalate ambiguous cases, such as unclear images or questions, for further review and resolution.
