Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable using web and app-based systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision.
- Capable of maintaining accurate documentation in real-time while talking on the phone.
- Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space.
- Commitment to complete a full training program including a final assessment.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Experience in healthcare, social services, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Run health screenings and intake appointments via phone using a standard set of questions.
- Build quick rapport to help patients feel comfortable sharing information during 15-20 minute calls.
- Book intake appointments directly in Healthie and follow up to confirm, maintaining high show rates.
- Connect patients to healthcare or community resources based on identified needs.
- Enter patient information into records systems in real-time while ensuring HIPAA compliance and obtaining formal consent.
- Manage daily schedule and consistently meet performance goals, including a 60% show rate for intakes.
