Requirements
- 5–8 years of Product/UX Design experience.
- Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable product outcomes.
- Expertise in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows.
- Ability to frame business and user problems.
- Experience with AI-first thinking and designing AI-powered experiences.
- Fluency in design systems including tokens, components, variants, and accessibility.
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and typography skills.
- Technical curiosity regarding APIs, AI/LLMs, MCP, and front-end technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own product problems from discovery to delivery.
- Frame business and user problems before proposing solutions.
- Explore ideas using AI and interactive prototypes before refining designs in Figma.
- Build alignment with Product and Engineering early in the design process.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Measure success through user outcomes, product adoption, and business impact.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system.
