Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar infrastructure role.
- Strong experience managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
- Experience writing applications or automation using TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting production clusters.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, DNS, TLS, VPNs, and load balancing.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and software delivery practices.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience architecting scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting infrastructure aligned with PCI and SOC2 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Improve deployment reliability and modernize infrastructure toward Kubernetes environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS production infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize cloud services including EC2, Route53, S3, ECR, IAM, VPC, and Security Groups.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual processes.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Amazon EKS clusters.
- Monitor system performance and reliability using observability and incident management tools.
- Ensure infrastructure adheres to SOC2 and PCI compliance standards.
