Responsibilities
- Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification.
- Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting-related questions during candidate interviews.
- Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments.
- Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations.
- Meet clear productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes.
- Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate checks.
