Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, Yardi Data Connect, or similar Yardi modules.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL scripting and database management.
- Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development.
- Experience integrating ERP or financial platforms.
- Proficiency with at least one programming language commonly used for data engineering (Python or Java).
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines for Yardi ERP and financial platforms.
- Perform complex SQL scripting and database management tasks.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to support reporting needs.
- Integrate Yardi data with AI/ML models to drive business insights.
- Automate reporting pipelines and implement data visualization using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
