Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday integration experience (Studio and Eclipse).
- Advanced Workday knowledge: Financials, HCM, Reporting, Studio, Orchestrate, EIB, integration systems, Document Transformation, and security.
- Experience building and supporting API-based and file-based integrations with internal and external platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-based integrations and platform solutions using AWS.
- Experience embedding observability into solutions through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Experience designing resilient systems with fault tolerance and error handling.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience adhering to enterprise security, compliance, and development standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Workday Prism (nice to have).
- Experience with React, NodeJS, Java, and AWS services including Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, DynamoDB (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based integrations and platform solutions across ERP (Workday), LMS, and enterprise systems using AWS and modern integration patterns.
- Build scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using reusable, component-based design patterns.
- Embed observability into solutions through monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue detection.
- Manage the full lifecycle of integrations, from architecture and development to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define integration patterns, APIs, and system boundaries.
- Mentor team members, conduct code and design reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
