Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and developing BI reports and dashboards using OBIEE or Power BI.
- Exceptional background in analysis, design, development, customization, and testing of BI applications.
- Proven experience with SQL development and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse and BI concepts and Data Models.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft BI technology (SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, CRM, and Marketing applications is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- CPA or MBA are preferred qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Build business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft BI stack.
- Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools such as OBIEE and Power BI.
- Design and develop Data Warehouse and Data Mart structures.
- Design and develop ETL jobs and create comprehensive test plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert, leading reporting efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and implement Power BI adoption, defining roadmaps and milestones.
- Perform data exploration, mining, modeling, and mapping.
- Resolve complex data challenges to identify a single source of truth.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and propose long-term solutions.
