Requirements
- BS degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in designing software systems, domain analysis, and implementation.
- Hands-on SDLC experience (planning, implementation, designing, deployment, and testing).
- Hands-on programming experience with ASP.Net, VB.Net, and C#.Net.
- Ability to manage development efforts using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and UML diagrams.
- Experience using front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to determine level of effort, size, and schedule for software enhancements.
- Experience reviewing existing programs to make refinements and improve techniques.
- Experience with quality assurance and evaluation of software products.
- Proven experience working in an agile scrum environment.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate cyber and performance results and provide recommendations for project growth.
- Implement industry best practices to ensure cyber compliance.
- Design, code, unit test, debug, and document using ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, JQuery, JavaScript, and Oracle.
- Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
- Design and develop new software products or enhancements to the existing code base.
- Consult with the project team to understand application requirements.
- Support feasibility analysis on potential future requirements.
- Evaluate, peer review, and recommend application software packages, integration, and testing tools.
- Utilize agile scrum methodology for development and deployments.
