Requirements
- Degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, MS, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong logical reasoning skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop data strategy by setting collection processes, automation, and implementing business intelligence tools.
- Coordinate with department heads and CXOs to address data requirements and define relevant metrics.
- Deliver data dashboards to support performance analysis of systems and personnel.
- Ensure data correctness and integrity by analyzing internal processes and systems.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of data analysts to optimize deliverables and performance.
