Requirements
- Around 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for digital channels including web pages, social media, and presentations.
- Comfortable working within and evolving an existing brand system.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Motion design experience (After Effects) is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual design across brand, web, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design and maintain key website pages in collaboration with the growth team.
- Create assets for social media, events, presentations, sales materials, and customer communications.
- Contribute to the Stravito design system, including templates, components, and brand guidelines.
- Support the Creative Director on projects involving external agencies and contractors.
- Develop Canva and Figma templates that enable other teams to work on-brand.
