Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software and ML/AI engineering.
- Strong full-stack engineering mindset with proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
- Active usage of LLMs, agents, and frontier tooling to automate work.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to drive projects end-to-end, from ideation to production.
- Genuine interest in the healthcare domain.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on client business needs.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions to actual problems in healthcare and life sciences.
- Build and integrate AI components ranging from classical ML to LLM-based agents.
- Handle data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and surrounding systems for production.
- Integrate AI solutions into clients' applications and systems.
- Ensure solutions work correctly throughout the entire MLOps lifecycle.
- Share knowledge and learnings with the team during regular tech sessions.
